DK45SE Service manual ?

Hi guys, I've been looking on ebay for more than a month to find a service manual and parts manual for my DK45SE (2009) without success, the only similar manual i'm able to find is about the EX40-45-50 series, I guess they are european model but is anyone using these manuals for their US DK series tractor ? (I have the HST with cab)

I know I could just buy the printed version of it but we are in 2013 and I have a computer just for the service manuals in the garage, I would like to have it on CD/DVD like my cars/trucks and ATVs.

any suggestion?

You could always keep the book on a shelf beside the computer! :laughing: Dont forget the parts manual as well.

Usually, the CDs manuals you buy on EBay are pirated and, therefore, illegal.

Bought the CD version from EBAY. Not sure about pirated but I can tell you it s__ks.

I can only hope the printed version is better, otherwise it's pretty much worthless.

Same here, came in Binders with Tabs. Best Service Manual I've seen.

im a little disapointed since I really want them on CD. thanks for your input, i'll pass on the ebay deal (I don't care if they are illegal or not, the dealer cant have them the way I want.. period)

tomorrow i'll call the dealer and ask for the price... no other choice I guess.

I dont know why everyone doesnt just get 'em with the tractor? 25k plus for a TLB, $100 for manuals doesnt amount to squat.

Well, I would MUCH prefer to have the manual on disk - no index is as good as a full text search.

You can always print a copy if you want it on paper that badly.

I'd like to know what you get for price. I need the DK50SE but they're identical machines.

You get the Best Service manual printed. I mean these are better than Harley Shop Manuals

My manuals are for the 35, 40 and 45 only. The 50 must be just different enough to require its own manual.

Oh and OP, the part no. I gave you for the WS manual is for the cab model. (parts manual number is for all models) If you go to MIE website and search for the manual you want, the right part no. will come up.

I think the DK SE manual includes the cab model. I don't think there is a separate one that doesn't include the cab info.

That is the same one I have. It is DH14-W00. I thought maybe I had the wrong one, since I do not have a cab but, when I looked it up, there was not a seperate one for non-cab 40/45s listed. The link I found was a list of publications on the Kioti dealer site, but it is no longer accessible. Perhaps one of the dealers on the site can check and confirm or correct - is there a seperate service manual for the cab and non-cab models in the DK40/45 line?

I know there is one for the DK40 shuttle shift, because the dealer ordered it by mistake. Cant remember the part number for it.

called yesterday and the service guy was in a hurry, He was supposed to call me back in the day and didnt... I guess he will call today. He said the service manual was around 150$ CDN and the parts one was a bit more expensive. (I guess they will cost 300+$ CDN for both)

If I had bought the tractor brand new, I would have ask for the manuals from the day 1... but I bought it from a old man that paid for every single thing that have been done on the tractor and he was not mechanically inclined... (he probably dont even know what is a service manual)

I'll call him again today if he didnt call back before dinner.

It is possible that I got an old one, but the parts manual should not be more than the service manual. The service manual is 3-ring bound, has tabs, and many more pages. The parts manual I have is just a paperback.

My dealer wanted $115 for the wsm and $54 for the pm. I was buying a set of pallet forks and said "So how about $100 for the manuals?" He agreed. Funny thou, the pm doesnt come with a binder, but one is available for it for $25. My wife found a photo album that the pm fits in for $8.

What ticked me off was the Binder is missing and its a tad longer than our standard. My Dealer got me a Binder but it took awhile. I refused to pay for it and he couldn't return it.
