Try smacking the MLS valve lightly with a plastic faced hammer or dead blow hammer to see if there is a stuck passageway/spring/ball. If that doesn't work you could crack open the hydraulic fittings enough to let the pressure down and hopefully get the hog on the ground. This could also prove the valve's the problem, or not. Exercise caution regardless of the route you take. BTW, full disclosure; I can't say whether what I suggested above will work or not with any certainty, buy short of disassembling the MLS valve to seek out possible issues with it, this is what I might do if I were you.
You could still search for prior MLS valve issues in the Kioti forum; I'm sure I've read about at least one failure/resolution thread in the past.:confused3:
