DK5810 suspension seat problem

The seat is fine but seems to be rated for the more lithe amongst us, around the 80kg mark, I come in at around 130kg and when we hit a bump or dip the seat bottoms out, the jarring becomes painful at the end of the day and rather than buy a new seat wonder if anyone can offer options apart from a date with Jenny Craig, the seat is tensioned right up.
Spoke with the dealer and he told me to put foam under it, the seat has a shroud around it and I don't know if he means just stuff it full of foam or put something in the spring or springs, I haven't seen the workings yet.
Any deas would be appreciated.

My NS4710 suspension seat is adjustable for weight of the operator. I was able to get mine set to glide over the bumps with no bottoming. I weigh 215#. Does yours have the lever at the front that does that adjustment?

Has a rotating knob rather than lever, cranked up fully clockwise, I am 130kg which is about 286lbs, tall and heavy build, works fine for the wife not that she uses it much.
