DK65 Hydraulics stall at first startup

I thought I had posted this and was following up chasing my problem. Its a 2003 DK65 that maybe 50% of the time when you first start it after sitting it takes a minute or two for what seems to be the pump to pickup fluid and be able to raise the loader, steer, or raise the 3 point. You can feel it pulse or lightly jump when it picks up and is ready. I changed filters with no luck. Some have suggested sucking air on the hose part of the line, possible o rings bad above the filters, and maybe other things related to tubes.

Any of you have suggestions or dealt with a similar issue?
