I lived in Tyler for 7 years, and the TN terraine is nothing like that E TX "sugar" sand. But, the rig i looked at has a regular multi toothed carbide bit for rock, i just don't know what their definition of rock is! Im thinking that granite would really be a problem with a small drilling rig.
