Tires Do we lift the tires or NOT..Maddogdriver what have you been doing

This is my last question on BH operations. There was a very heated dispute on BH operations with tires down or lifted from stabilizers and FEL..? What is the right call for TC 55 DA loaded R1's and Woods BH 90x. Also do the 3 point hitch arms need to be removed..? Are they easy to remove..?
