This thread is an attempt to aggregate issues with Kioti axle leaks after my experiences and after reading/hearing of others having issues as well.
In the Fall of 2016 I purchased my NX5510. Late summer of 2017, as I was doing the 200hr service, I noticed that the rear axle, right side, was leaking. The dealer resealed that side PLUS the left side: I'm still looking to get full documentation on their work (they verbally told me they resealed both sides but I don't really have it in writing). Here's the right side:

This past August, at around 300 hrs, I noticed that the left side rear axle was now showing signs of leaking. I notified the dealer right away so that I was on their radar: had work to do and I know that they're busy, so no hurry. Tractor is now there awaiting repairs (no word on how this is/will be approached- also having them look at the left cab door issues). Currently have roughly 326 hrs on the tractor.

Hard to say that if the left side hadn't been touched by the dealer if it wouldn't have developed a leak. I'm guessing that the factory recommended resealing both sides, in which case it would tend to suggest that they're aware of some problem here: I'd think that repairs such as this wouldn't be taken lightly.
As has been proffered elsewhere (am hoping that I get those folks posting here so that we get a more comprehensive picture of this potential issue), it may be a casting issue.
