Hi
I hope I am in the right spot to ask this question. I have an L3400 and am wondering if anyone has purchased a cab for this model. I know Simcab makes one for this tractor but was wondering how well it fit. If you have any Pic's that would be great.
I have never seen a cab on the L2800 or L3400. I dont like the Sims cabs, it seems like getting parts from Canada can be brutal. Curtis is supposed to be developing a cab that looks like the Grand-L cab. Someone must have pictures of that cab, or you can see it on Curtis's web site.
Hey...I checked out Laurin website and these cabs definately look a cut or 2 above the sim cabs. I emailed the sales rep to see if they deal direct or get a local distributor/dealer.
Thanks for the help Moon!

I have a Sims cab on my L2800 bought in may of 2007,with heat and a 68" meteor snowblower pull type. I have a 1-1/2 mile long driveway, (private rd),
and I have never missed a day of work due to snow or ice.
Sold my 4 wheel drive f250 with fisher minute mt plow and dont miss it.

I put a Curtis on my L3830 this summer. I originally priced out a Laurin ($7K from Quebec), Jodale-Perry Boxer ($7.5K from Manitoba), Sims ($5k from Ontario)and then drove down to Montana to pick up the Curtis ($3.5K from Mass.); that was when our Cdn $ was at par, now you have to add an extra 25% again to the Curtis price. It only took my son and I about 4 hrs to install the cab kit itself but I still have not got the heater or lights connected (no rush till it gets cold here in Alberta to motivate me).
