Does anyone have a low-temperature alarm in their barn?

I have a light socket in my pump house with a temp control feature. I have it set for 45° to turn the light on as well as kick on a small electric heater. Naturally, it turns of when temp goes above 45°.
Cheap fix, but it works.

My alarm went off this morning when the wife did not verify the garage door was closed.
Ran over, closed the door and put on an electric heater to help the heat come up.
Went down to 30F, so ran some water while waiting for the temp to come up.

One thing i like about my new garage connected door openers, they automatically close at a preset time. Wife always forgets to close them.
