My brother has an old Yazoo 26" mower that came with the property... he was going to toss it and I could see it had been used a lot...

I drained the fuel and replaced the rubber fuel line... got it to run but not well.

Put a once of Sea-foam in the tank and it was purring like a kitten in 5 minutes...

Dickfoster you are right, bio-diesel is a great lubricant, but be careful with adding to much of it. Biodiesel is also a cleaner, if you use to much right away you can plug up your your fuel system. It will clean all the crap out of you lines from the Dino fuel and plug S__t up. Lol

Hence, A little dab'll do ya. It's too hard to get and too expensive to use too much of it anyway. LOL

The link said it was phased out by 2014. I believe it has. But I also believe way before that people were told by people, they were the same. Best thing is go to source, like EPA and actually read it.

Lol dickfoster, it is pricy. One time I had only used Dino fuel for about 8 years and has to take a trip out of state, thank goodness I grabbed an extra fuel filter. I was in Chicago and they had 40% bio blend and I needed to fill up. 100 miles later my filter was plugged. Glad I planned ahead.
