why in my Yammar 1300S does not lift up after of 30min of work.

I don't know where it is on the YM1300, but if you follow the hydraulic return line back from the pump to where it exits the transmission/rear end, there should be a cover, either round or 3 sided, containing the pickup screen. You have to drain the fluid to remove and clean it.
