Does the BX have a TIER 3 or TIER 4 engine?

Does TIER 4 kick in at some particular HP level or are they all TIER 4?
I'm just thinking about a BX25D and cannot seem to find the information on this.

I don't believe it needs a tier 4 as it is under 26 hp.

Edit. under 25 hp as my Ventrac is 24.9 hp.

24 hp or less was required to conform to tier 4 in 2008. 25 to 49hp was required to conform in 2013. Here is a more detailed version.

Under 25hp does not require any exhaust aftertreatment. Thats why most SCUT's are 24.9 hp and not 25. Also why the 1026R became the 1025R in 2013/2014.

BX models under 25HP have been Tier 4 since 2008.

BX models over 25HP have been Tier 4 Interim since 2008.

Tier 3 only applied to tractors 75HP and above -- so there never would have been a Tier 3 BX.
