does woods make a direct replacement loader ?

i have a kubota l4200 cab- fitted with a plow valve and brackets- but i need a loader. ive been quoted 1700 for a woods loader without brackets, but im not sure if it will replace a woods la602 ? i didint want to spend the 3600 on a new kubota setup. any help would be appreciated- as im stuck. thanks.
