Dog "drives" Gator utility vehicle

Lucky dog! I only caught about every forth word the man said, but read the article.
It would seem like the council or whatever would have woven wire fence along such a roadway, like they do here. I doubt the dog could've broken through that.
It reminds me of one time I got out of the RTV to open a gate. I heard it rev up behind me and turned around to see one of my dogs looking out the passenger side and other one was nowhere to be seen. Turns out the missing dog had its fat butt on the accelerator. Luckily the park brake was set fairly tight and they were only creeping forward.
