Dozer/Slowblade for a 6000 series tractor.

I have a 6211 and I'm looking for a Dozer/Snow plow to equip my tractor. Does anyone know the correct simplicity numbers that match my machine? Do I need to find a hitch to go with it? Or do they come with the plow?
