Wanting to add a joystick valve to control blade on my Hesston dozer so that I can free up remotes on the back. It has about a 5gpm pump, open center.Would it be ok to use a loader valve with regen for this application? it has a 4 way blade ;need need up down and float; plus tilt up and down no float.I know how regen works on a loader but just cant get in my head if it would be ok for a dozer valve. So i guess I need to pick some brains.

Some loader valve have regen at the end of lever operation, so may not affect you at all.

Seems like a lot of Kubota's use the regen in the first part of the lever movement.

You will lose some power using regen, but it will move faster than before.

You could choose a valve with out regen of disable the regen function.

This loader valve does not have regen, and does have float. and PB.
