I have the older style of draft arms on my 2520 that rub on the tires and of course being a 2006 John Deere won't do anything for me. Always had a problem with the arms rubbing on the tires when the rear blower was attached. Actually read it on this forum last year where someone suggested using a longer pin and putting the arms on the inside of the blower frame.

I just hooked up the blower for the snow season and it looks like it will work. The snow we got didn't last long so I have not tried it out yet but I don't think there should be any problems. If anyone has an opinion it would be appreciated.

Looks like that mod should work well for you.

Think I'd tighten the nut shown in the second pic, but then it may just be hand tightened now. ;)

Are your tires in the widest position? That will give you some extra clearance. If they are, then the tire values would be on the inside.

I relocated the arms on my I-Match too and that cured my issues. I run a set of V bar chains on my 2520 and they have never touched the arms.

Snug up the turnbuckles on the 3 pt arms, and flip the rear tires/wheels around so the valve stems are on the inside and the arms should not rub.
