Howdy,
From the picture, that looks like a product from S3 Delta Harrows, they really make some nice equipment. They have a selection from 16' - 42' for the cart style. I did not need to go that route. I just went with a standard flexible harrow

Yes, That is correct.

I got a neighbor who sells them along with various implements and wagons. He offered me a price that I believe is VERY fair. Not a steal, but close to it. The problem is, he lives an hour away by highway in my F-250. It would take me a while to get home pulling that big drag down the road. Hopefully, I buy it and all goes well. Thank you.
