I had the same thing happen to me. I thought I must have misread the manual but never pursued it any further. I'd like to know what I did wrong because during the winter water may accumulate so I'll need to drain it.

I know my CK30 may be different but I stored my tractor outside in the rain over the last winter and I have removed the drain plug twice now to check for water and I have never had a drop of water or oil but the plug has the distinct smell of clutch fiber.

This is what the manual says,my dealer crossed it out because it is a misprint
not that he was aware of it until i asked him to show me where it was.the plug is further to the front and the oil that came out following the manual directions was hydrolic oil.
The plug was there for when the tractors were used in rice fields ,a good idea but something must of got lost in the translation of that manual page.
To be safe i hook my clutch peddle on the hook provided if i am not using the tractor for a while
