draining hydraulic fluid in snapper zm 2200 zturn mower

My snapper zm2200 zturn mower has two reservoirs. I removed the hoses at the bottoms of the pumps and the pumps drained but the reservoirs won't drain completely. I know the tanks have 2 chambers soI jacked it up in the front hopeing gravity would do it. I don't really want to syphon it out. Some drained from the reservoirs. Maybe half. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Snapper online manual says "authorized snapper service only". To change the filter and fluid? Thanks, tomt
