I have a 4100 and when I put on certain attachments, the drawbars hit the tires when there fully raised, and they are stationed in the middle and not being able to sway side to side. But the drawbars are just too close to the tires and they hit anyways. Can anybody help???????!!!!!!!!

Plower, your drawbar could be too long or maybe you need sway bars to prevent side to side movement. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

The drawbar on my Ford 1710 has a series of stops on either side of the centre position to limit side to side movement of the bar. It also has two extended positions. The normal 'in' position is used for ordinary pulling of wagons etc.. A stop pulls out of the bar under the tractor so the bar can be moved to an extended position. The extended position is used to hook up a towed implement (such as a 4-wheeled mower) that is PTO powered. The normal bar position doesn't allow enough distance to connect a PTO shaft.

I'm not sure the drawbar itself would ever hit a tire, but I suppose an implement could if I insisted on making very tight turns.
