I've been taking various items apart to service and inspect. I took my dash off my 2000BD to clean behind and tighten the decomp handle. I decided since I had the steering box almost exposed, I took it out and cleaned it/replaced gear oil. When I looked into hole where it mounts, I could see the clutch housing, shaft, and a small puddle of fluid where I think the shaft enters the transmission. So I'm not sure if it is something I need to get right on or wait. I also can't seem to identify the parts from the internal diagrams of the transmission. I don't see any loss in the hydraulic fluid using dipstick. Could this have come from when my vent was plugged?
