Don't know anything about this particular stove, but there are a lot of unanswered questions in the information provided. But knowing what I know now, I would not buy one unless I could lay my hands on one first and answer these questions:
1. How does it draw it's combustion air? It should be from the outside, and I mean absolutely sealed from drawing inside air.
2. What is the heat exchanger surface area? you want the largest you can get. Some stoves have pretty small ones, and heat not removed from the firebox and put into the room just goes up the chimney and is wasted.
3. How many pounds per hour does it consume on it's various settings? You can use this to confirm heat output and exchanger efficiency claims(search "BTU content of wood pellets" for a BTU per pound reference).
4. How exactly is the firebox constructed and airflow controlled? This is a basic quality questions, this thing does need to contain a fire afterall, and I have looked at some pretty poorly constructed and sealed, yet nice looking pellet stoves.
5. How easy is it to access for cleaning? This is something that needs to be done weekly. A large ashpan(which it appears to have) is also nice as it only has to be emptied every few months. A small pan will need to be done more frequently.
6. How loud is it in operation? Do you want this thing blaring away in your living room while you try and watch TV?
