I just saw that on the noon news, Pine Strip. That would've been great - no need to even go out for a beer run during the depth of winter!

Not just them. I read an article a few weeks ago the FAA has grounded all drones in the US until they can come up with some rules. The companies that rent the drone cameras to movies, TV shows/commercials etc. are all looking at going out of business as they have been shutdown.

As a pilot , I'm all for some rules of the road , so to speak. It would be only a matter of time before a midair fatal collision occurs with a passenger plane of some sort. Best to get some sensible rules in place first ! The FAA is doing something right this time.

Just another example of current Government Over Reach and shutting down small business. If Bill Gates tried to start his business to today the IRS and FAA would shut him down as so fast it would it would make your head spin. And he is a die hard Democrat . Just think how bad it would be if he was a registered Republican
