Hi Chaps,
I'm hoping for a bit of advice from you guys regarding the attached photos. If you look at the right front tyre in the photos and you draw a vertical line through the center of the tyre upwards you can see that it is heading outwards. I've sent the photos off to my dealer who has advised me they are following this up with the service department (Im not sure if this is Kioti or their one). I've made sure that all of the wheel nuts etc are tight an there is no slack in the wheel or anything. I added a photo of the left and you can see that side is spot on. Any advise from you guys would be appricated. (26hours on the clock) Thanks

/ DS Right Front Wheel alignment Question #2
You are tilting at windmills. Clearly in photo #2 the axle is oscillated relative to the tractor chassis, giving the illusion of differing wheel camber from side to side. Park your tractor on a flat floor, (concrete?) and check it again. Both sides will have some camber and be equal, or close to it. There is no adjustability for caster or camber, toe in is the only adjustemt that can be made.

Hi mate, sorry but the wheels are heading straight forward, I also checked it again on a flat level surface and there is definitely an issue. Might be the angle of the photo. I think your right the dosn't appear to anything to adjust the vertical angle of the wheels. The alignment is too far out, it's not even close to the angle of the other wheel.

Nobody said the wheels weren't pointing forward. The axle is clearly oscillated. There's nothing wrong with your front wheels based on the photo of the tractor sitting on uneven ground which proves exactly nothing. If you want to post a photo of all 4 wheels parked on flat concrete, that might be relevant.

If you have an angle / degree finder (some smart phones have this app also), park the tractor on a level surface, then use a straight edge across the center of the tire top to bottom. Make sure the straight edge is perfectly vertical and measure the angle of each tire. Another thing to do is jack up the front and turn the tire to see if the tire wobbles during rotation. It could be a warped rim. Failing that, If the angle differs substantially from one tire to the other, it has to be a flaw in the machining of the final drive or the casting itself. There is no correction for the vertical angle other than replacing the front axle assembly.

Thanks, as I said, I have also checked again on a flat level surface nd the issue is still there. If it was the axel oscillated the same angle would be represented in the other wheel accept facing inward?...

thanks Gary, I planned today to put a 4 foot level and strike some measurements. I was thinking of checking he wheel wobbling last night. Rick B thanks for your imput Mate but if it was just a case of he axel oscillating the dealer would have replied straight back. I'm not new to tractors just new to this one and am concerned from the best I can see that it could be a significant claim. Thanks again for you advice to date!

thanks Gary, I planned today to put a 4 foot level and strike some measurements. I was thinking of checking he wheel wobbling last night or if there was any warping of the rim as i didn't notice any issues the the front when it was delivered. If it was a machining issue I would suspected it would have been picked up before delivery by them and me when I received it. Rick B thanks for your imput Mate but if it was just a case of he axel oscillating the dealer would have replied straight back. I'm not new to tractors just new to this one and am concerned from the best I can see something's not right.
Thanks again for you advices to date!

It's a simple matter to lift the front end with the loader and then rotate the wheel to see if it's bent and shake the wheel to see if something is lose. Your measurements should tell you something. Is the 4WD working correctly? I would think a major bearing or case failure would effect the 4WD.

/ DS Right Front Wheel alignment Question #10
A catastrophic axle bearing failure is all but certain to be accompanied by an oil leak. Checking for bearing play and bent wheel equipment are good things to do.
