These are common automotive-style relays and you should be able to get a spare at any car parts place, like Autozone, for example. Just make sure any spare is rated at the same or greater contact current of the old one. It is possible your problem was corrosion on a connector or pins and simply reconnecting wiped it clean. It's also possible you have a marginal relay that will require replacement in the future. In the mean time, attaboy!
