Dual 195 loader

Love the tractor, still having issues with power steering but going to get some time to look into a new pump soon for that as well. Loader is in good shape, one long hose going to the front pump needs to be replaced. I notice it jumping around as I lift the bucket. Hopefully a trip to the dealer tomorrow for some info will help me some.

Where does the large diameter hose that runs to the front mounted pump connect to?

If it was similar to the3000 i had with a Ford loader, it is as Overzd mentions -self contained in the loader frame.
If the hose (not) going to the FEL control valves is connected to the tractors rear axle sump then it is using the tractors oil to supply the pump.
My guess is that for some reason the supply oil to pump is being restricted, resulting in excessive pump noise or more likely the oil level itself is low allowing the pump to cavitate, this is hard on the hydraulic pump.
You really need to nail down where the pump draws it oil from as a 1st step.

Isn't that black vertical tank just under the control valves a reservoir??

YEP, after looking at the picture posted ,

wonder if the reservoir was completely refilled and then rechecked after the FEL remount and run?
On my 3000 If the level was down much In the loader frame, it would cause pump noise.

guess the OP will also need to check for a removable plate that holds filter or screen.
also read the linked Woods LU 215-1 manual couln't find info on the loader frame mounted reservoir.
also mentions quick connects - which have on at least a couple occasions caused restriction problems in the past - at least for me.

Op will probably need to find the exact match FEL manual that includes the reservoir info.

Been looking for a manual that gives specs on amount of fluid , what type suggested and steps on changing fluid and draining / cleaning / maintaining system. The manual I have gives very little info in that regard . I filled the tank up , cycled through the positions multiple times and every time it puked up a bunch of oil through the relief valve so Kay be there's an air leak somewhere ? . Thanks guys , you've all been very helpful. Much appreciated .
