just wondering as i was surfing e bay i found a kit to add duals to a lawn tractor i was just wondering if anyone has done this i know very well how much it helps on larger tractors at the farm i work at we have a case 580 loader backhoe and we put duals on there and it looks funny but works well

also thought it would look cool but with them hanging out further than the blade i have for snow or the mower deck im thinking it would just be sumthing that i would buy just to have and woulndt ever use them

Another set of wheels to maintain, wider....

Unless you already have a set of wheel weights on your machine and they aren't working for you, why bother?

However, I have a set of dual wheels on a gravely walk behind which I have found useful in one circumstance. We have groundhogs that dig holes in some places, and a single wheel will get stuck in the hole. Since the gravely weighs a couple of hundred pounds, getting it unstuck is a pain. The dual wheels are wide enough that at least one wheel is still outside the groundhog hole and that is a help in not getting stuck.

If duals make the tires wider than attachments. it can hurt you. Also, make sure axles will be able to handle extra torque that dual may cause.
