Duetz 5215 loader question

I have recently bought a duetz 5215 with a loader attachment and a finish mower on back to act as a counter weight question is when I try to use it Ill pick up for say a load of gravel lift it and it will pull me down to the right or left front with the front pivot point scared the **** out of me any ideas?

Not enough weight on the back, while the load is too heavy at the front.
