E120 wont run or start

It will start with starting fluid, no problems.

New mower 2.5 hours

I removed the small plastic incline fuel filter and nothing drips out.

The tank is full.

Is there another filter?

I would not work on it, it's band new, factory warranty, take it to the dealer who sold it to you. If they discover that you have worked on it, your warranty will be void.

Is this with the key turned on and cranking the engine?

Sounds like time to take it back to the dealer with being new and only 2.5 hours.

Are you long on experience with gas engines? or new to them?

Is this a California model?

Can't be too hard, just not getting fuel, otherwise runs fine. Even the manual says to change the fuel filter

Your response didn't answer many questions... what does "otherwise runs fine" mean?

I meant if it had fuel it starts just fine. If I spray starter fluid it runs until I quit.

I fixed it. I put a small plastic hose on the fuel line and sucked fuel up until it was coming out. I then put the filter back on and it is working just fine. Must have had an airlock

Yes with the key on and cranking nothing was coming out. Until I sucked all the air out. Running just fine now. I have lots of experience with gas engines, just did not know if there was another fuel filter I was missing. not sure what caused the air to be in the line
