Several, all used and abused.
I'm in Tyler Texas and looking to buy a tractor. Does anybody have any experience dealing with any of the dealers in this area. Good or bad?

I've had good luck with the JD Dealer on 155. It and the one in Athens are the same outfit. Sorry, but I can't comment on the other colors, I'm funny that way.

Don't know whether they're close enough to suit you, but for Kubota you might consider Deen Implement Co. in Wills Point. I have no personal experience with them, but click here Deen Implement Co. for a little information.

I dealt with Butch at Carraway Equipment, just south of Sulpher Springs on HWY 19. No complaints, well maintained dealership and good service so far. They have a website
www.carrawaytractor.com

I would second Bird's suggestion on Dean implement, they are only about 55 miles from you. I got some good price quotes and a quick & thorough email response from Jeff Dean recently when I was tractor shopping.

When I bought my kubota a couple years ago, I got prices from about 6 places. Bought local through Lowe Tractor in Henderson, which had 2nd best price. Best price came from Rose Country Tractor in Tyler. About 300.00 cheaper. Don't know anything else about rose country. I wanted green badly, but they didn't offer a small enough air cond cab, which sent me to Kubota. I havn't regretted it.

Agricenter in Nacgdoches had the best price we found on Kubota. The only other one in the running was 150mi. away. We are about 10 miles south of Alto.

Popeye,

I was driving through Alto last week and noticed some high fencing along 69. Can you tell me anything about the operation, type of animals, what they raise them for and who the owner of the land is. I'm planning on high fencing about 30 acres to start and raising some different types of deer for fun and want to learn from other breeders.

That fencing is probably for deer. If you are going to raise deer in a high fence you probably should contact Micah Poteet TPWD. He is a technical biologist which means he helps landowners with management plans. He has been working with me on my property. His email is tpwdpoteet@inu.net I will send you his phone # by private mail. I don't have it handy right now. You might also check the dealer in Crockett I think they had decent price but I can't remember for sure.
