I ordered mine on April 9th and paid that day via paypal and it shipped out on April 18th. It is supposed to get here on the 26th but I'm out of town so I won't be able to get it until the 27th. It shipped UPS.

I bought one of those Ebay toothbars last fall, and delivery for me was only a few days. It's a very nice toothbar--very rugged.

I was impressed enough that I bought the pallet forks from the same place a few weeks ago. Those took quite a bit longer to arrive--over a week, I think, but the seller was responsive when I sent email asking about the delay.

My experience has only been positive.

Thanks for the info npaden and whitefield. I waited 7 weeks for a toothbar from Markham Welding due to a delay in their tooth supplier and I was hoping that I wasn't jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. Glad to hear the quality is good but it sounds as though they are getting busy.

Got back to town a couple days early and got to check out my toothbar. It really looks good and it sure looks pretty heavy duty. I will take some pictures tonight and hopefully get it mounted. It didn't come with any bolts but for the price I think I can spring for a few bolts.

Finally got around to posting the pictures.

Here it is in the back of my pickup:

Here it is fitted on the bucket. It fit perfectly. I didn't have a 5/8" drill bit so I didn't get it all the way installed until yesterday and didn't take any pics of that.

I did a little digging and moved some rocks around today and it really did help dig into things.

I used a 1/2" and then took my Dremel and ground out the rest of what I needed. Worked perfectly.

Looks sturdy. I am expecting mine this week for a 72 inch bucket. Good idea K. John on the bit, will have to give that a try.

I first drilled it with the 1/2" and tried to ream it out to fit. It worked for one side and then on the next side I broke the 1/2" bit.

Harbor freight has a set of 8 bits from 9/16" to 1" on special right now on the internet site for $15.99 (their stores match the internet prices if you print it out and bring it in with you). I bought the bits and a 1/2" drill and used a 20% off coupon on the drill and ended up with all of it for $43 including tax out the door.

Got it home and set it up to drill and in all of 3 seconds it was drilled. Pretty anticlimatic.

If anyone cares, here's a pic of the landscape toothbar from the same people.

Nice looking setup, mine will look pretty much the same except they are sending me a regular toothbar, should arrive the end of this week. How do you like your Dehner welding grapple? I have mine attached to the top of the bucket without any extra support like you have, the tractor dealer had told me to keep the grapple as far back as possible on the top of the bucket and he thought I wouldn't have any problems with strength.

The grapple is great, but it's a little over kill for my TC24. The pictures and comparing it to "The Thumb" didn't make it seem so big.

The mount isn't quite strong enough for the grapple. I used a piece of channel instead of rectangular tube for less weight, but the grapple pretty much has it's way with the channel (see the pic). I ended up having to add a couple "clamps" that hook the channel to the top lip of the bucket.

I didn't hook directly to the bucket because the grapple is 28" and the bucket opening is 24". The mount raises the grapple so the tips are about 1/4" below the bottom edge of the bucket. I also figured I'd rather rip off a piece of $15 channel than the top of my bucket if something went wrong.
