I jsut gor a HP 30 stright shaft Echo weed whaker with brush blade. Starter rope is not engaging fly wheel? 
Pulls fine and recoils but not engagement of the engine, no tension?? It is bettween teh engine a clutch in teh middle of the unit? How is this fixed?
