I have an angle frame disk from King Kutter. I bought it due to the reasonable price and I couldn't find a used disk at the time. I guess the gangs are actually adjustable if you disassemble it and use different holes to reassemble, but I have never changed the setting. I was building our house at the time I bought it and needed a disk to put in the lawn. I planned to use it for a large garden too. I've ended up using it a LOT more than I planned and it has performed very well for me. I usually add a couple hundred pounds of weight on top of the frame to get it to cut into my hard clay soil easier. That stresses the frame quite a bit. There are times when I wish I could adjust it to a less agressive angle so it would slice more and roll less soil. If I had known I would use it this much, I would have saved a little more money and bought the tube frame adjustable disk. Be sure to tighten the axles on the gangs after first used awhile, and check again annually. I lube the old style cast bearings after every use, but some of the new disks have sealed bearings. One thing to be aware of it to never turn or back up with the disk in the ground. That will twist the frame easily. I store mine in a shed, and I doubt I will ever wear it out.
