I just wanted to let you all know about my service experience with EarthForce.
I purchased an EF 4 from Medina tractor sales in Medina Ohio, I got it home and it did not seem to have much power to the wheels. I called Medina and the service gut told me I should call the factory for support as he did not know how to fix it.
I called EarthForce USA and was given the number of a man named Bud Martin, it turned out he is the vice president, who listened to my problems. I told Mr. Martin I did not want to drive all the way to Ohio to get it fixed, it is a seven or eight hour drive and besides I really was not convinced Medina Tractor Sales could fix it.
Later that day Mr. Martin called my wife and told her he thought a Bobcat dealer in Grand Rapids would be able to fix it, they did not have to my warranty states it must go to an EarthForce dealer, he said he would call soon with more info.
The next day he called to say they would fix it at MY HOUSE under warranty!!! THAT IS SERVICE!!! It seems to work great. Thankyou EarthForce!!!
