I am looking at buying some 6150R John Deeres and possibly a 7200R john deere from Europe but I farm in Africa where we have 500 ppm diesel. Am I able to bypass all the emission controllers and the EGR system to operate hassle free here in Africa. Thanks in advance

Probably not, the computer system controlls and measure way to many aspects of machine control. Since the software that runs these tractors is not open source it will get angry if you remove the hardware aspect of it and probably not run at all.

The general advice is to bore a hole through the center of the particulate filter small enough to still provide some back pressure.
Or keep the $$$ particulate filter intact and sell or use it later.
Make an orifice plate that partly blocks the exhaust. Route the regen fuel nozzle back to the fuel tank. A gasket set and a flat plate will block the EGR.
Or use an old fashioned hot rodders exhaust cutout prior to the particulate filter and bypass the filter most of the time.
The low sulphur fuel and low ash oil are to reduce particulate filter plugging.
Deere makes still makes non emissions equipment for the 3rd world. I seen a brand new 2012 JD diesel gen set in Haiti with warning labels all over it saying it was not for sale in the US. Mechanical injection pump and no EGR, no nothing.
What do the SA JD dealers have to say and sell ?

I think you might try talking to the John Deere dealer from whom you are going to buy the tractors and explain the problem to them. They may be able to modify the tractors before they ship them to you and help with any paperwork needed for such an equipment delete option.

John Deere does make tractors specific for your area so your tractor, if purchased through local dealers, will be equipped for your fuel. If, however, you buy outside (an EU, Japanese, USA/Canada, or Australian spec) there can be a problem. At Cat we do provide a de-tune kit for our machines because a lot of used machines end up in lesser regulated countries. It would cripple our customers if they couldn't peddle them to lesser regulated countries. In Japan, for example, high emissions engines are forbidden on most job sites once new emissions laws are implemented so they must peddle elsewhere. I am sure John Deere takes this into consideration as they are a worldwide country.
