electric pickup fuel pump

Has anyone installed or heard of anyone installing an electric pickup pump on a perkins diesel? Dodge pickup's with the cummins diesel have them.

Dodge pickups fuel tanks are lower than the engine. The tractor fuel tank is gravity fed to the engine. You could do it but it's not necessary.

Geez. When I first read the title I was wondering why an electric pickup would need a fuel pump.

MY MF GC 1715 has electric fuel pump to prime mechanical injection pump... Not a strange concept.... Probably totally doable...

Big Barn, if you will invastage you will find the pump before the injection pump is called a pickup pump, some manual, some electric.:cool2:
