So, yesterday afternoon I made up a gallon of Eliminator (a Roundup clone sold by Walmart)in my garden sprayer. I have had good results with Eliminator in the past. I used the gallon on various grass and weeds around the house. It must have been at least 100 degrees out in the yard. At the moment I finished the gallon, a fast moving thunderstorm came through and thoroughly washed down everything.
The instructions on the Eliminator container said the mix must remain on the plants for two hours to be effective, but as I said, it must have been 100 degrees out there before the thunderstorm came through. Now, my plan is to wait a couple of weeks and see what happens.
