emax 25 whine normal?

guys what do you think of the whine at 43 seconds? do they get louder if they have been running longer or heat up? i have no idea how long the machine was running in this first video

he wants 15, and has a brand new belly mower, i was thinking of offering 14.5, its a 16 and has 1 year warranty left on it. it looks brand new

yea they do seem quiet, but both were started cold. i still have no idea how long it ran in my video
