There's something like over 100,000 different species of wasps. That's a lot.

Yea, verily! The USDA seems to be homing in on 3 specific ones that do not actually sting and have been found to seek Ash Borer's to attack, lay eggs in them and kill. See my post #11 with the attachment .

Guessing the trillion dollar question is, what else do they lay eggs in and kill ? that they dont know about, today... Always the question.

The words "planted by USDA " are scary. :shocked: Twice a year, have a house full of Asian Ladybugs (unintended consequences) USDA released in 1916 to kill aphids. Hopefully the wasps will not have similar unintended consequences. In recent years dozens of my Ash trees have died from the Ash Borer.
