I was wondering since the President is repealing the clean air act , will they be building engines the are not tier4. That may change my decision and wait to buy a new tractor. Any thoughts?

It's not a repeal of the clean air act, it's a repeal of regulations that the Obama administration tried to set based on their interpretation of the CAA but were never implemented. I doubt you would see tier 4 rolled back and if you do it wouldn't happen for a while.
Most likely it will delay the implementation of the next wave of emissions standards.

I agree with above comment. Tier 4 is here to stay, maybe tier 5,6,7... won't happen for a while.
