Well, I can see why, especially with the one-way signs.

I would point out, though, that if those are real signs in many municipalities you would be arrested many times over for having stolen signs on your property, so you might want to be careful even if you bought them.

I was gonna say so that's where all the disppearing road signs go.

They are old signs and got them from the County.

I'd like to get a hold of some of the aluminum ones.
They are great for doing little projects making brackets ouf of etc.

The next time you see a County work crew working on a sign, stop and ask them where you might get a few. Sometimes they have some that have been torn out a couple of times and just replace them.

I have an "End Construction" sign left by the construction crew that paved the highway. It was on our road and it fell down into the middle of the road. After driving around it for 3 days I moved it off to the side of the road. When they were finished paving the highway they came and picked up all of their signs - except the one laying beside the road. I left it there for about a month and got tired of mowing around. So I finally dragged it back to the garage. It sat there for a year or so and I kept meaning to call the construction company never did. So finally when the garage was finished I hung it up as a symbol of my accomplishment - End Construction.

BTW, this was a construction company not county or state.
