Engaging PTO on 425 with 60 inch deck

So, there is a significant difference between the 425 and 455? I ask because my 455 will take the 60 inch deck through some really tall, tough turf and never complain. I think the HP ratings are almost the same, but the 455 diesel might have quite a bit more torque.

The diesel makes a difference.

LB, I thought about it briefly, but I just don't have the space to store two tractors. And, it doesn't really make sense to me to have two tractors so close in size and capability. The 2305 is like a 445 on steroids anyway. I can't drive them both at the same time, so what would be the point of having both?
