Engine bearings source?

I'm trying to find replacement engine bearings for my Massey Ferguson 1010 made by Hinomoto. The engine is a 3 cylinder Toyosha CS86. If anyone knows where I can locate some bearings for this engine I would appreciate it.

I would think any bearing supplier would be able to get what you need - if they don't have them in stock.

If you can find a three or four digit number on the bearing/s they can work from that or if you can give them ID, OD and thickness, they can probably look up the bearing number.

I forgot to mention that these are not regular roller bearings but rather more like bushings. It does seem odd to me that they would have used something like that. They resemble strips of metal about 3/4" wide bent into a full circle. I'm not sure what they are made out of either. I had never seen anything like this before.

That is a style very typical of Asian built engines. The crankshaft is fully supported by the block rather than cradled by main bearing caps.

What does the Massey parts people say? How would the crankshaft get in assembled into the block? I would think it would have to have conventional automotive type shell bearings, the half circle type. bjr

My advice is to contact one of the grey market parts suppliers and see if the parts are available from Japan. Google "Hinomoto parts" and you should be able to find a number of parts suppliers that may be able to get them.
