Engine loses power, RPM

/ Engine loses power, RPM #11
I have just posted down a few lines. My 4110 has been running crummy all season. running 2, 4 had one 12 hours until a bog down and eventually engine quits. After cool down it ran good for a while. I seemed to have a combination of problems, and you can read them in posts. If I remember right the 3510 is essentially same tractor as 4110. No one has mentioned replacing lines. My tractor had a spongy line from filter to engine. replaced it. Filter bowl was cracked. Replaced that with an inline filter, see through. Also replaced every fuel line including return to tank line. All lines seeped fuel through them, like a sponge. I'm guessing the 3510 has the same kind lines. I had one short hesitation in about 4 hrs since change. But I believe it was low on fuel. (fuel gauge didn't work after changing lines). One other problem still possible. The inline see through filter doesn't completely fill with fuel, there is an air pocket in there.

So after the long story, check out the fuel lines and replace if necessary. If yours are like mine, after 10 years it might be time. There is a special kind of rubber line for fuel oil.

Cheers Coffeeman

My tractor is 10 months old with 63 hours on it..

I was thinking it was the hydraulic break-in Filters clogging earlier then the 100 hour change out.
Maybe a clogged filter will not circulate hydra fluid and cause pump to strain... Not sure
