Mahindra/1533 Shuttle
I bought my Mahindra/1538 shuttle with front loader and backhoe, in the fall of 2015, it now has just 106 hrs on it. The first service was done at 52 hrs. To date I have had to take it back to the dealer 3 times. The first time was that the shuttle shift had jumped gear and could not be put into forward or reverse. the next two times was because the Engine system failure light started blinking.
When the shuttle shiftier jumped I told the dealer if the case had to be opened I wanted to know.(I could not see anyway it could be fixed without opening the case..( They told me it just needed to be adjusted and they did not have to open it up. ( TOOK TO WEEKS) The next two times for the Engine System Light they told me it was just a sensor that needed to be reset....NOW it's on again. Did I buy a lemon?
This being my first tractor I know so little But I do know when someone if feeding me Bull....What can I do and how should I handle this?

Also I just looked and Saw my wife had posted on here when we first had the light Come on She is Dustybax2015...We are at a lost and have to much in this to see it go bad. Hopefully God will smile on us and something good will come from this.

I'm assuming your talking about the indicator light in the lower right side of your dash. Hopefully your dealer plugged in and checked the codes. Most importantly that they saved them. Call and find out. See if they can(will) send the to you. Post them so we can see.

I have a 6530 and something I was not told about was to start the tractor at low idle. I was getting a blinking code if I started the tractor any where other then the lowest throttle position.

If you're in Vale, CO, at that altitude I'd have bought something with a turbo on it for sure. I have a 1538 but only live at 3600', you're at 8000'. The air gets pretty thin up there.
Wouldn't it be nice if they had bolt on forced induction kits for tractors like they do for cars?
