I read some of your old posts and think you have a 3520. For that model the error 73 is;
Description - Starter relay off
Cause of fault - Output from the display is open
Result of fault - Cannot crank the engine
Required action -Check the start relay. Check the 518 Gry wire for short to battery voltage or open circuit.
First thing I would try is to take the Deere battery out of the tractor, walk with it about 20 feet away and set it down, get you a known good battery, put it in the spot you took out the old one, and crank the tractor up.
You walk the battery away from the tractor so that you will not be tempted to just boost off another battery with the old one still in the starting circut.
The OEM batteries in many of the 3x20s seem to cause all types of electrical oddities after a couple of years. I know by experience.
