My wife is a PE for a small surveying and engineering firm.

Thought id share this tidbit.
Estimated costs for Livestock fencing. These numbers were revised back in 2005 so add a bit i suppose but it will at least get you ballpark.

woven wire fence 1.51
5 strand barb wire 1.23
8 strand high tensile non-electic 1.12
5 strand high tensile electric .70
2 strand electric polywire .21

prices include everything you need, large corner posts, small posts, T posts, staples, labor etc.
Electrified wire also includes energizer cost.
