Because of our experience, I would recommend AMA. See what they have and compare prices with equivalent trips on Viking. I think AMA is a better experience relative to food and tours, but if Viking was a lot cheaper, I would probably go with them. Both will have almost all US/Canadian passengers. May seem strange but that is an advantage because some Europeans have a very different view of what a vacation should be.
