Not a lawn mower but, I did have a hot rod VW buggy that the throttle would stick at the most inopportune times. I always carried a spare change of drawers with me

If that was some sort of an advertisement I don't get what it is they are trying to sale? unless it were underwear I think the mower must have been for running on 110/115v and he mistakenly plugged it into a 220/230v outlet
